Best For: APEX is our most versatile grip and is best for athletes who want a grip that provides comfort, protection and holds up to a variety of bar types. The outer material is a grippy rubber polymer and the inner material that touches your hand is a soft Kevlar blend. The APEX will protect even the most delicate hands and will stand up to even the biggest athletes regardless of training volume.

Chalk compatibility: Apex can be used with or without chalk. Your grips and rod should match. Both should have chalk or be chalk-free.
