The 2POOD 4" weightlifting belt is designed for athletes who want stable support during heavy exercises, but also need a belt that can be quickly adjusted during training. It is suitable for weightlifting, squats, deadlifts, strength training and functional workouts that alternate heavy lifts with more dynamic movements.

The belts 4 inch width, approximately 10.5 cm, provides good support in the mid-body area. When tightened properly, it helps to increase trunk stability and promote core strengthening when lifting heavy weights. The hardness of the belt is medium soft, so it offers a compromise between support and comfort during movement.

A great advantage of 2POOD belts is the WODClamp system. This acts as an additional Velcro lock - helping to keep the belt tight, reducing the strain on the Velcro itself and allowing the belt to be easily loosened without it falling off when you transition between exercises. Youll especially appreciate this during workouts where you alternate between heavy squats, clean & jerk, snatch, deadlifts, or workout portions with trap, row, or run, for example.

Be confident and measure yourself around the belly button. If you dont have a tailors tape measure, you can mark the length with any leather belt. Then lay the belt on a flat surface and use a regular ruler or measuring tape to measure the length.
