1. Our shoes are good quality, but they are not indestructible.
It is designed to last a long time, but even the best shoe needs a little love and gentle treatment. Please be kind to it.
2. Use the shoe for what it is intended for.
Running shoes aren't for climbing mountains, and you don't hike in CrossFit shoes. Every type of shoe has a purpose - let it shine where it belongs.
3. Always lace your shoes all the way up and tighten them properly.
This will prevent them from deforming and provide better stability and safety when moving.
4. You don't untie the laces? Stop!
Always untie them when taking them on and off. Don't step on the heel - shoes hate it. Get a shoehorn to make them happy and yourself comfortable.
5. Wet shoes = sad shoes.
Training in the rain is great, but remember that water is not good for shoes. A wet shoe will wear out faster - and you might catch a cold.
6. Did you get them wet? Dry them properly!
No hairdryer, heater, microwave or iron! Stuffed with newspaper and stored at room temperature, they'll recover on their own. Just give them time.
7. Don't run the washing machine on your shoes.
Shoes don't belong in the drum. Or the microwave. Or in the dryer. Or the dishwasher. No way!
8. Cleanliness half health - even with shoes.
To clean, all you need is a little warm water, mild soap (not washing powder) and a brush or cloth. Clean with feeling - not aggression.
9. Want your shoes to keep their shape? Use a shoe stretcher.
They will help keep the shape of the upper, prevent unnecessary breakage of the material, and keep the shoes looking like new longer.
10. Love your shoes.
They've given you support in every workout.
