How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you need to return or exchange an item, just follow these easy steps:

1. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached.

2. Pack the Item: Place the item in a package, along with a copy of the invoice or just the order number (if the invoice isn't available). If you're looking for an exchange or a refund, please include a note specifying your preference, along with any details for the exchange (e.g., different size or style).

3. Send It Back: Ship your package to the following address:

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return any unused item in new condition within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure to include the packing slip, and let us know whether you'd prefer a return or exchange. Once we receive your package, we'll either refund you the full price of the product or send you the requested exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or ship an exchange.
  • If shoes are returned without their shoebox or if the shipping label is placed directly on the shoebox, a €10 fee will apply.
  • Returns from non-EU countries will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept used or damaged items for return or exchange.
  • For exchanges involving a different size, customers from non-EU countries are responsible for all shipping costs.
