Peter Schlegel's review of WORKOUT training shorts

From this brand first shorts, so as always I was curious. At first glance, minimalist design with simple design, no pockets. Personally, I really care about functionality, appearance is second to me. Even so, they are more convenient for me to do.

The material is artificial, light elastic, which is a good choice for intense training - it does not stick to the body and there is still some freedom.

Instead of a rubber at the waist, the solution came in the form of a snap. I was first skeptical about comfort, but it turned out that the opposite is true. Though you make a bigger job with the laces, but the shorts are good for you.

Due to the thin, minimalist design, one does not even know that he is wearing them - in CrossFit, this concept has been captured.

The first test was, of course, a squad that puts great demands on the range and requires great comfort. Here it was without the slightest problems, they did not prevent movement in any sense, and that was true of the rifle exercises. With shorts, I only tried crossfit movements, I do not know if they would even compete in combat sports with kicks.

Past experiences with similar shorts have shown shortcomings in the combination of complex movements, when they have rotated, dropped or pulled apart. In this case, it was a delightful surprise for me, because the waist just mentioned had almost completely avoided these problems.

Last but not least, I checked them during a long training session where there was gymnastics, running, jumping, exercises with a dumbbell. I did not have to adjust my shorts or focus on them anyway. They also stood oblivious to the moment they were smothered.

In conclusion, these are cool, lightweight shorts that I would recommend for a crossfit type exercise. Especially for those who like a simple style.
