Massage foam roller TRIGGER POINT RECYCLED GRID

TRIGGER POINT ECO GRID, the original foam roller with a classic hollow core, is now eco-friendly and made with 30% bio-based renewable materials, plus EVA foam and a core of recycled plastic.

The GRID Foam Roller is designed for self-massage relaxation techniques, CORE training and overall muscle integration. The rollers special three-dimensional surface helps tissue to regenerate during rolling by facilitating blood flow and with it the necessary oxygen and nutrients.

The special surface of the roller consists of three different massage zones:

  • Large soft areas simulate palm touch
  • Long rectangles of medium stiffness simulate finger touch
  • Small firmer squares simulate fingertip touch


 

Helps increase elasticity, range of motion, and thus whole body biomechanics for your performance or daily activities. It helps to reduce tension, stiffness, soreness in the muscular system. Regular use will help prevent muscle injuries.  The hard hollow core is hand wrapped with EVA foam, making GRID harder than conventional rollers. 

The roller is tested to 225kg static load.
