Nike Romaleos 4 weightlifting shoes from Nike.
After eight years, this model has transitioned as the successor to the popular Nike Romaleos 2. The shoes feature two straps for a firm foot fit, an extra reinforced heel and a durable upper. Plus, they feature a stable outsole with an innovative diamond-shaped heel section, making them ideal for heavy weightlifting and squats.

The Nike Romaleos 4 shoes have an effective heel height of 20mm and feature one insole, not two as before. They are characterized by a very strong and densely stitched upper, which perfectly secures your foot and ensures a feeling of maximum stability.
The Nike Romaleos 2 was one of the very popular models and with the production of the Romaleos 4, finally comes a worthy successor that will support you in every training session.
The new shoes guarantee 100% stability, but also offer comfort. Shaped into a new design, the sole is covered with grippy rubber and is hollowed out in the heel area, which provides the shoes with lightness but still maintains enough contact area for perfect stability.

2) Proper lacing: During lacing, the laces should be tightened firmly but not too tight. The primary tightening is provided by the drawstrings. Tightening the laces too tightly can lead to overloading and damage to the shoes.
3) Ventilation: After training, it is advisable to remove the insoles and allow the shoes to air out. Never dry them on a heater or near heat sources, they could crack and get ruined. A wet cloth will do for cleaning.
