Perfectly known for Storongman discipline, LOG+bar is a specialized barbell that perfectly differentiates training with the upper parts of muscles. In the middle of the steel log there are lateral, knurled handles that allow the correct grip. The LOG+bar is often used for exercises such as Clean, jerks, bench press and others.
