  • Internal Weight: The handle contains a 50g weight that provides a basic and even weight.

  • The 45g weight stopper: Provides a weighting system and adds 200g to the total weight of each mango.

The scale is made of aluminum sheet, which is included:

Super set pro silový trénink
Tohle švihadlo jsem si pořídila kvůli silovým tréninkům švihadla :) je docela hustý s ním skákat a pak si vzít Elite RS...máte pocit, že v ruce nic nedržíte :))) Balení je super, můžete vzít všude s sebou. Jediná nevýhoda je, že když jednou zkrátíte, tak už to nejde změnit, ale můžete si koupit nové lanko případně, na tenčí jde dělat uzlíky. Ustřihnout to silnější štípačkama byl i pro mě docela oříšek, ale povedlo se. Každodádně doporučuji, dají se velmi lehce měnit závaží :)
