Fun twisted on our popular DHT 1" beaded rope, this jump rope has 6.5" handles that offer a little more reach for practicing and performing free movements (like crosses).
Our ultra durable 1" beads give the rope great flexibility and weight distribution for freestyle tricks and excellent feedback for rhythm development. Nail your moves and rest assured your rope will last.
Size: Easily adjust the length of this segmented jump rope. At 10 long, it will fit up to 64" tall.
Shorten/resize the jump rope as needed by loosening the washer at one end of the handle, removing the beads, and cutting the excess cord.
Length - 10 ft / 305 cm
Approximately 100 grams in weight (or 3-3.5 oz) depending on the length it is shortened to.
Easy to change size by removing beads as needed.
