Womens training shoe Metcon 4 full of new advence technology from Nike. Unique shoes for unique trainings. This shoe provides strong and stable platform, flexible support and extreme durability. Outsole is especially made for crossfit athletes requisites. Insert midsole bring feet nearer to ground. Thanks for this all outsole can be made from rubber. As a consequence shoes become more adhesive and get better traction (good news for sprinters).
There is softer rubber mixture in front of shoes (for better flexibility and flexion, and softer impacts). Opposite for this - Under heel and middle part of shoe there is rougher rubber mixture. It helps in weightlifting. You can feel stronger support. It also helps for better stability, endurance and safer feelings, if you work with heavy weights.
Metcon 4 upper is very dureble thank to 3D printig technology on the surface, called Haptic Shield. This 3D printing are stategic placed and more dense on the most subjected parts of shoe. Under the Haptic shield there is a special distance mesh. It goes from outsole and embrace all shoe for more stability and durability. As a consequence metcon 4 have improved durability againts galling with less weight.
Integration of technology Flywire inside the shoes increase feet fixation in the shoe and stability.
Low profile heel clip roll up on the lateral and medial sides to help minimize drag during wall excercise and HSPU (handstand push-ups).
TPU heel counter provides stabilityfr lateral movements like side lunges and shuttle drills.
There is protections protrusion between midsole and outsole. It protect shoes heel before damage by chafing of the wall in HSPU (hand-stand-push-ups).
