Great shoes, but..
This are my third pair of CrossFit shoes, I used Nano X and Metcon 7.. since I liked the feeling of the nanos I was pushed to buy these and was blown away as the tyr are more comfortable and light! All basic CrossFit movements feel great, also good for lifting and running! The only bad thing about them is that they’re not meant for rope climbing, but I was aware of this before buying them! If you don’t know what size, it is the same as the nanos!
