Maximize your potential for cross-training in the Metcon 10. The exceptionally sturdy Hyperlift outsole optimizes stability during strength training, while the responsive ReactX foam enhances mobility. It offers greater energy return and is lighter than the Metcon 9, so you can handle any movement your workout demands.
The exceptionally strong Hyperlift plate under the heel (where you need it most) provides optimal stability during strength training—such as squats, deadlifts, and powerlifts—without restricting movement. Compared to the Metcon 9, it has a wider toe box, so your toes have more room and you can distribute your force evenly across your entire foot.
We’ve upgraded the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam, which provides greater energy return. Combined with flexible grooves on the outsole, this ensures responsive and sensitive cushioning during high-intensity exercises such as box jumps and fast sprints.
The firm, high-grip texture—strategically placed in the midfoot and forefoot, where wear is greatest—offers grip and durability like nothing you’ve experienced before. The new traction pattern features a flat, grippy surface suitable for strength training, even in high-sweat conditions.
Once laced, the strap in the midfoot area firmly secures the foot to the insole. Combined with the sturdy heel counter and lacing system, this allows you to fine-tune your stance without shifting or slipping.
