BareLift are minimalist shoes designed for powerlifting and strength training, where maximum ground contact is key. Thanks to their completely flat sole, low profile, and flexible upper, they provide excellent stability during deadlifts, squats, and other strength exercises.
During your workouts, you’ll especially appreciate the thin, sturdy sole, which allows for efficient power transfer to the floor without unnecessary cushioning. The flexible upper easily conforms to the shape of your foot, providing a comfortable fit without any uncomfortable pressure.
BareLift shoes are suitable for both regular gym workouts and competitions where shoes are required by the rules. Thanks to their light weight and simple design, you’ll hardly notice you’re wearing them during your workout.
A practical feature is the removable insole, which makes maintenance and cleaning easier. The shoes are also machine-washable at temperatures up to 30 °C.
We recommend BareLift primarily to powerlifters, strength athletes, and anyone who prefers a stable stance and direct contact with the floor during exercise. They work great for deadlifts, squats, the farmer’s walk, and other exercises where firm support and precise force transfer are important.
We recommend referring to the size chart. Thanks to the snug fit, the shoe should sit firmly yet comfortably.

Good deadlift shoes at an affordable price. They don’t slip and stay securely on your feet. Top-notch for classic deadlifts.

Great for the classic lift; for the sumo squat, they’re starting to slip a bit, but I expected that—stiff shoes are better for that, like the Sabo shoes I have. For squats, these shoes are absolutely top-notch for people who squat without a heel.

Deadlift slippers are great for the classic deadlift. I also tried them on the bench press, but they struggle a bit there because they don’t have a firm edge—your foot slides around in them. I’d be a little worried that the same thing might happen with the sumo deadlift. But they’re fine for the classic deadlift.
