The FY26 weightlifting belt is designed for athletes who want greater stability and confidence during strength training. It provides firm support for the core without restricting movement as much as traditional leather weightlifting belts, making it ideal for CrossFit and functional training as well.
Inside the belt is a firm EVA foam core that helps stabilize the lower back during intense exercises. The outer layer of breathable 3D mesh ensures comfort even during longer workouts and helps wick away excess heat.
The ergonomic shape conforms well to the body and allows for natural movement during squats, deadlifts, lifts, overhead presses, and other strength exercises. Thanks to the sturdy Velcro and double safety buckle, the belt can be quickly tightened exactly as needed.
We recommend using the belt during heavy sets of squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, powerlifts, clean and jerks, and other exercises where core stability is important. Adjust the tightness according to the type of workout—looser for dynamic exercises, tighter for maximum efforts. It is recommended to loosen the belt after finishing a set.
From our own experience, we know that this type of belt is especially appreciated by athletes who alternate between strength exercises and more dynamic movements during a single workout.
