Introducing the new and improved version of the 40-liter Workout backpack. This practical backpack for everyday use has undergone several updates that enhance both its functionality and comfort.

Thanks to the compression straps on the sides, you can easily adjust the backpack’s volume. When the main compartment is empty, you can cinch the backpack to make it flatter, which improves its stability and comfort while carrying.
Main compartment - features a zippered pocket, a mesh compartment (e.g., for a rope or other gear), and a closed pocket for documents.
Central compartment - built-in pockets of various sizes for a towel, flip-flops, headphones, or other essentials.
Top pocket - ideal for keys, a phone, and other small items.
Lower front pocket - large enough for two pairs of shoes or gymnastic rings with straps, and additionally equipped with an organizer.
Special pocket for a hydration system - for easy access to water during training or trips.
