This is a shoe that is affordable for everyone and offers a lot of great features.
The shoe is ideal for all weightlifting exercises like the snatch/pull-up as well as squats or bench press.

Specifications of the shoe

  • Effective heel height 1.9 cm (0.75 inch)
  • The shoe is wider in the front, which will be appreciated by people with wider feet.
  • Two tightening straps to keep your foot 100% stable so you can rely on the shoe for every lift.
  • The shoe features a diamond-shaped sole, like other top weightlifting shoes on the market (such as the Nike Romaleos)
  • The toe of the shoe is flexible enough so that when you bend, it is completely problem free.
  • The shoe offers lateral stability, which is another of its great features.

WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR?
The shoe is especially suitable for more advanced athletes who have already done some weightlifting and are serious about it in the future.
The Workout Warrior is rated for the heaviest weights. For competitors and professionals, they are one of the best choices.
They will also be appreciated by those with wider feet.

Completely unsuitable for deadlifts, due to the elevated heel.

Advice and tips
Buying shoes is usually no small investment, so how do you treat your shoes to make them last as long as possible and perform at their best?

1) Choosing the right size:
It is important to remember that weightlifting shoes are not walking shoes. On the contrary, you will be in these shoes for a relatively short period of time during your workouts. Understandably, the shoe needs to be comfortable and shouldnt put tremendous pressure on you. However, if you choose a shoe a size or two too big then you cannot expect the shoe to serve you well. It is always a shake to remember that these are shoes that are supposed to "pin" you to the floor and provide stability and strength. Thats why we recommend you to try the shoes personally in our WORKOUT store in Prague, where you can compare them with others and also try them out during exercise.

2) Tightening
It is a common phenomenon that when tying the shoe, in order to achieve the greatest possible tightening and fixing of the shoe on the foot, athletes try to do a slow deadlift with the laces.... Absolutely not!!! Of course the laces tighten securely, but the primary tightening is provided only by the drawstrings. If you tighten the laces so to speak to blood, then under the stress of training when your foot swells, the laces will have no choice but to travel and so-called cut through the shoe to freedom - and you certainly dont want that.

3) Ventilation
Weightlifting shoes usually have a long lifespan, so theyll be with you for a while. Thats why you need to give them adequate care. Especially if you have frequent workouts, its a good idea to take the insoles out of the shoes after training and let the shoes air out. Never dry your shoes on a heater or near heat sources - they will crack and ruin them.
A wet cloth will do for washing -(never a washing machine).

4) Lacing
And finally what is quite common. Beware of velcroing your laces shut. Replacing frayed laces is a trivial and simple thing, but it also ruins and wears out the velcro straps faster, and thats not so much fun anymore.
At the same time, dont hide the laces under the tightening straps. Although its aesthetically pleasing, your foot wont thank you for it.
