Nejlepší švihadlo ever...
Tohle švihadlo mi bylo doporučeno z workout.eu a musím říct, že je to nejlepší švihadlo. Nedokázala jsem skočit Double unders, vždy jsem se nějak sekla. Hned první den jsem to zkusila a ten den jsem skočila vždy 20-30 double unders unbroken a dohromady ten večer 250. To švihadlo je fakt pecka....mám hooodně švihadel...vyzkoušela jsem vše možné, ale pokud Vás trápí double unders, tak s tímto švihadlem to bude hračka. Nemyslela jsem si to, ale opravdu švihadlo je topka. Skáču přes švihadlo každý den, různé triky atd, ale tohle je tak lehké...prostě pecka na rychlost :) Děkuji za super doporučení.
