For what the Foam Roller deserve?

It is wonderfull asistent for degress muscle stress after WOD. It also used before training like a prevention from injury and muscle heat up before training.

How it works?

Many people think that foam roller can be used only after training like reegeneration assistent. But its just a part of their potencial. 
Foam toalling can be used before treing for better excersice performence. Because of better oxygene and blood flow after roalling you ideally prepare your body for trainning unit.

Unique shapeing is substitute for myofascinal preasure massage:
    - long narrow rectangles substitute finger touching, wider rectangles substitute palms
    - small toughnes squares subtitute touching of finger tips

Materiál PVC + EVA

 - Inside part of Foam Roller is from firm PVC - it provide stability and toughness
 - Surface is made from revolution material called EVA. Advantage of EVA is relative softness and elasticity but with maintaining good heat resistece, mechanical damage and water (sweat) resistance. Logically from this abilities its very easy for washing. EVA material is uselly used in medicine - For human body it inert material, so there is small risk for alergics.
