The 2POOD weightlifting belt in the 4" version is a great choice for weightlifting, strength training, and intense workouts. It provides firm core support during heavy lifts, but can also be quickly loosened between exercises. Thanks to the WODClamp system, it stays securely in place and helps extend the life of the Velcro. The individual versions differ only in their graphics; functionally, they are all the same popular 2POOD belt.

The 2POOD 4" Weightlifting Belt is designed for athletes who want stable support during heavy lifts but also need a belt that can be quickly adjusted during training. It’s suitable for weightlifting, squats, deadlifts, strength training, and functional workouts that alternate between heavy lifts and more dynamic movements.
The belt’s width 4 inches, or approximately 10.5 cm, provides good support around the midsection. When properly tightened, it helps increase torso stability and supports core strengthening when lifting heavy weights. The belt’s firmness is medium-soft, offering a balance between support and comfort during movement.
A major advantage of 2POOD belts is the WODClamp system. It functions as an additional fastening for the Velcro—it helps keep the belt tightly secured, reduces strain on the Velcro itself, and allows you to easily loosen the belt without it falling off when switching between exercises. You’ll especially appreciate this during workouts where you alternate between, for example, heavy squats, clean & jerks, snatches, deadlifts, or workout segments involving the pull-up bar, rowing, or running.
The belt is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes looking for a practical training belt with a quick-release fastener. Compared to a classic leather belt, it’s easier to adjust and works better during dynamic training. At the same time, it provides a significantly more secure feel than a standard soft fitness belt.
The individual 2POOD models differ primarily in their graphics and color schemes. Functionally, they are all the same type of 4" weightlifting belt, so you can choose the variant that best suits your style.

Be sure to measure around your navel. If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can mark the length using any leather strap. Then lay the strip on a flat surface and use a standard ruler or measuring tape to measure the length.
Here are examples of incorrect measurements.
