Who should use this jump rope? We recommend this jump rope to anyone who is just starting out and wants to learn double unders. The handles are longer and heavier than those on other jump ropes, which gives beginners a better feel when handling the rope. 
The package includes 3 different ropes, sorted by thickness, which helps with swing speed.

The long handles also make this our preferred style for speed skipping, as they make freestyle movements easier, so the jump rope isn’t just for double unders.

The package includes:

  • Standard speed rope (black): A 2.4 mm nylon rope. 10 ft long. Doesn’t tangle. Made in the USA. Used for the highest speeds
  • Heavy-duty rope: 3.2 mm thick nylon rope. 10 ft long. The thicker nylon rope increases durability on outdoor surfaces, and double unders are slower and harder to learn with it.
  • PVC Rope - 4 mm: White, 4 mm PVC rope, 10 ft long. It has two ends, making it easier to set up. It doesn’t get tangled. It’s thicker and slower than other ropes. It’s very useful for beginners because the rope won’t whip you like other jump ropes. It’s slower than other jump ropes. It lasts longer outdoors.
  • Storage bag for the jump rope and ropes.
