Pump up your cross training potential in the Metcon 10 shoe. The extra-strong Hyperlift outsole optimizes stability during weight training, and responsive ReactX foam improves mobility. It has greater energy return and is lighter than the Metcon 9, so you can handle any movement your workout calls for.
The Hyperlifts extra-thick plate under your heel (where you need it most) is optimally stable for weight training - like squats, deadlifts and overhead presses - without restricting your movement. Compared to the Metcon 9, it has a wider toe box, so your toes are freer and you can distribute power evenly across the entire foot.
Weve improved the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam, which gives you more energy return. Combined with flexible grooves on the outsole, it gives you responsive and responsive cushioning for high-intensity exercises like box jumps and fast sprints.
The firm and grippy texture strategically placed in the midfoot and toe, the areas of highest wear, is as grippy and durable as youve ever experienced. The new traction pattern has a flat and grippy surface suitable for working out even where theres a lot of sweat.
A strap in the middle of the shoe, after lacing, firmly locks the foot to the insole. This, combined with the fixed heel and lacing, allows you to fine-tune your stance without shifting or sliding.
