These Power Perfect 3 weightlifting shoes from adidas have a breathable mesh upper with TPU overlays to give you the reinforcement you need. A specially designed wedge midsole, injection-moulded heel reinforcement and an ankle strap give you the stability you need during your workout. The grippy Adiwear outsole takes care of stability.

The makers of the Power Perfect III stuck with a proven high-density midsole and durable adiWEAR outsole. This years-proven rubber outsole is designed for maximum grip.
In this sole, the Power Perfect III remains the same as its predecessor, the Power Perfect II.
The biggest innovation is undoubtedly the completely redesigned forefoot. While in its predecessors the shoe was completely made of thick synthetic leather (with holes in the front for ventilation), in this successor the front part is made of a breathable mesh structure, which ensures better front flexibility and perfect breathability.
This boot again features a single strap for firm anchoring of the foot, which has been widened a bit compared to the Power Perfect II.
The hell support from the previous model has been replaced with foaming over the heel wedge. Well see how it performs, however, top competitor models have gone down a similar route, so we expect it to be at least as supportive as the aforementioned hell support.
