When you get stuck during your training, the Nike Free Metcon 5 shoe will help you gather the remaining strength and fight your way to the top. It combines style with function and flexibility in the front with stability in the back. Its perfect for a cardio or agility day. The improved upper makes it easier to slip on and the hem hugs the ankle comfortably.
Improved upper
The breathable and lightweight upper includes a comfortable, snug 7/8 length inner bootie and is easy to slip on. The soft foam around the hem comfortably hugs the ankle and strengthens it.
Stability for strength
The wide heel creates a solid base for weight-bearing exercises. The softer foam core cushions well and the firmer outer layer is durable and stable. The wide inner strap distributes pressure around the midfoot, so your feet are comfortable and at the same time strengthened during sudden and quick changes of direction.
Freedom of movement
Nike Free technology in the front of the shoe improves flexibility when doing push-ups or planks or when sprinting. Thanks to the flexible hem, the foot can move naturally, even during high-load speed training.
