ANTA 2 Carbon Cauldron is one of the most technologically advanced weightlifting shoes available today. As the worlds first weightlifting shoe featuring a revolutionary propulsion structure, it incorporates an H-shaped carbon plate that helps transfer power more efficiently into the lift. With more than 10 patents, advanced biomechanical simulations, and a strong focus on stability, these shoes are designed for athletes who want to get the most out of every snatch, clean & jerk, and heavy squat. ANTA 2 combines elite-level performance, cutting-edge technology, and a unique design inspired by nature and Eastern aesthetics.
Effective heel height: 25 mm

ANTA 2 introduces a new perspective on weightlifting shoe construction. Unlike traditional weightlifting shoes, it has been designed using a so-called propulsion construction that aims not only to stabilize the foot, but also to actively assist in the transmission of force.
The ANTA developers used advanced computer simulations and biomechanical analysis to create a shoe that helps the athlete generate maximum power during explosive movements. The result is a model protected by more than 10 patents and used by elite weightlifters around the world.

The most striking element of the entire design is the H-shaped carbon plate located in the front of the shoe.
This technology increases energy return and helps transfer power from the feet to the floor more efficiently. Compared to the previous generation of ANTA weightlifting shoes, it provides up to 53% more force feedback, allowing the athlete to bounce more dynamically and work more efficiently during the market and overhead.
In weightlifting, millimeters make the difference. Thats why ANTA uses an intelligent simulation system to optimize the sole design to minimize the risk of stability loss.
The heel uses a special hexagonal TPU construction that increases resistance to rearward tipping by up to 25% over the previous generation. This allows you to focus only on performance and not deal with instability during heavy trials.

The sole uses a unique ribbed reinforcement structure that greatly improves lateral foot stability.
When you catch a dumbbell in the market or overhead, forces are often transferred to the sides. Lateral bracing helps keep the foot in the correct position and increases resistance to lateral rollover by up to 21%. The result is a more secure position under the barbell and greater safety under maximum load.

Inside the shoe is a special 3D insole composed of three functional layers:
This construction helps prevent foot movement inside the shoe, improving comfort while providing better energy return than conventional weightlifting insoles. It wraps the foot tightly and helps transfer power to the floor more efficiently.
Two sturdy straps across the instep allow for precise tightening to suit the individual athletes needs.
Coupled with the sturdy cowhide upper and metal buckles, they provide the extra-tight foot fixation that is essential when working with maximum weights.
The effective heel height is 25 mm, which represents an ideal compromise between stability and the ability to achieve the correct squatting position.
The elevated heel helps to improve ankle mobility and allows you to maintain a more upright torso when weightlifting and heavy front and back squats.

ANTA didnt just look at performance when designing. The characteristic heel wave is based on the oriental concept of Taoism and nature.
The layered shapes reminiscent of water flow combine functional technical design with modern Chinese aesthetics. The result is a shoe that at first glance looks different from a conventional weightlifting shoe, while at the same time every detail fulfills a specific function.

I\'ve had a lot of lifting shoes over the years, Reebok CF Lifter, Reebok Legacy Lifter 1 & 2, Nike Romaleos 2 & 3, Adidas AdiPower, and these along with the Rom 2\'s are by far the best in my experience.
