The WORKOUT outboard rope is designed for athletes who want a reliable and durable solution for their speed rope jump. The steel core ensures fast and smooth rotation, while the nylon wrap helps protect the rope against wear and tear.
Compared to a regular PVC wrap, nylon is more durable when in contact with the floor, so the rope can better handle regular training in the gym or on rougher surfaces.
The 2.2 mm diameter offers a good compromise between speed, control and durability. The rope spins well, doesnt twist as much and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced athletes.
