Tactical Plate Weight Vest 14 LB WORKOUT 3.0 - Khaki + Velcro patch (for WOD Murph)

At the request of crossfiters, we offer you a Tactical Plate vest WORKOUT version 3.0. Compared to standard vests, weights are made with tailor-made steel plates that perfectly break the weight of the load, do not restrict your movement, and hold your body perfectly. The vest is directly for CrossFit exercise, running, and other sports activities.

This set (vest and plates) weighs 14 lb (6.35 kg), which is the weight exactly for the popular WOD Murph.
You also get a free Velcro patch with the text "14 lb" for the vest.
