The basis of this blend is hemp extract from Cannabis Sativa (Carmagnola Selezionata), which we have been growing since 2018 in our indoor farm in the south of Bohemia. We grow cannabis in a purely natural way, without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides and other toxins. Our products are therefore 100% natural. They do not contain any dyes, synthetic flavours or GMOs.

Dosage: 

• Before dosing, it is important to understand that there is no predetermined optimal dose for everyone. The bodys endocannabinoid system is different for each individual. The correct, if you want the ideal dose, must be found and adjusted individually by each person. It is important to take into account your current health condition or problem and your disposition (weight, height, age...) when setting the right amount (drop/mg). Based on scientific studies, we recommend starting with a smaller dose, increasing the dose slowly if necessary until the optimal amount is set. We recommend taking the same dose for at least a week, then increasing if necessary and again keeping the increased dose for at least a week.

The initial dosage is recommended as follows: 

• 4 - 5 drops 2 times a day, ideally in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before sleep or after training. Drip the drops under the tongue, let them absorb for at least 1 minute (the longer you let them absorb under the tongue, the more substances you take in), then swallow. 1 drop contains approximately 4 mg of CBD. The recommended daily dose is 16-25mg of CBD.

How to calculate the correct dosage? 

Based on many studies, we recommend the following dosage:

• for beginners: 0.3mg/1kg of weight 

• for advanced users: 0.8mg / 1kg of weight

• for acute problems: 1-2mg / 1kg of weight

So if you have no experience with CBD and you weigh 80kg - your initial dose is recommended 80kg * 0.3mg = 24mg
